Carmen for about 5 years and she and her whole team (especially Stefan) have taken such good care of not only our senior dog but, us as owners. They make sure every need is attended to and are emotionally invested in their patients. I really liked that they brought in a cardiologist to serve dogs with heart issues! Delphine can also provide nutritional advice for when your dog becomes a very picky eaters!!! They do it all!! I cannot speak highly enough of their service and level of care. They helped us move back to the US by doing all of the paperwork and worrying about all of the vaccines and timing for us. We had been through several health scares over the years with our dog with them and they guided and supported us in every way that we needed. J'ai pu faire le voyage de retour sur Arles dans de bonnes conditions. J'ai vu mon vétérinaire à Arles le lundi. Comme tu nous avais prévenu, il m'a mis sous perfusion deux jours de plus. Ma maîtresse continue le lancer de pillules grâce à sa grosse seringue (beurk). Elle n'est pas trop contente quand j'arrive à recracher les comprimés. Heureusement, elle est très patiente... L'échographie du foie n'a rien révélé. Je devrais être complètement rétabli à la fin du traitement. Je te fais une grosse lichette de remerciement.
